Buckley Air Force Base
- Started in 2019 doing Solar Work
- Partnered with POSI-GEN as a subcontractor alongside Simple Solar in Aurora Colorado to install 7100 solar panels in the residential housing neighborhood of the Buckley Air Force Base. (Q. PEAK DUO G5 325) was the exact panel we installed.
- Worked with QuickMount systems for installation.
- Sent 24 Puerto Ricans and 4 Stateside guys to complete the work.
- Were involved from installing everything start to finish including: Racking and Mounting framework(flashing, L-Feet, Mounting bolts, Rails, Ground Lugs, Rerouting ventilation in a neat fashion, Installation of panels, Installation of Junction boxes, Wire Managing all components such as home runs, jumpers and ground wires, Installing critter guard to deter wildlife from compromising the electrical aspect and longevity.
- We also had sticker sheets to provide a hard copy template for each panel and their specific location.
- Installed all inverters including ground rods, breaker boxes, wiring and conduit connecting the panels to inverter(s).
- Helped manage the laydown area consisting of all inventory from installation material, tools and all components. (logistics)
- All employees are certified in OSHA 30.
- Have experienced crews both as leads and members who can install from start to finish.
Vega Baja
Vega Baja
- Currently working in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico to revitalize an existing Solar Field that had been neglected.
- Clearing all debris and vegetation to ensure a clean and shadeless environment.
- Removing all broken/cracked panels for the installation of new equipment.
- Removing any damaged framework to replace with new, stronger material to ensure optimal protection including: Support screws, purlins, U-Bolts, Ground lugs, Lateral support beams. Clamps, etc.
- Rewiring all panels(STION 145W: STL-145A), home runs, jumpers, splitters, MC4’s as well as some inverters (SMA CU 1000-US-10) that have been damaged whether due to poorly managed wired, water damage, etc. STION is out of business so we are managing inventory in a manner that will ensure we have a backstock of panels since the warranty is void.
- Installing two new rows of Panels with Longi 380W panels to increase the output for the system.
