CFBC continues to lead the industry in Project Management and Construction Management in all fields. Our team of experienced professionals uses critical path methodology to conduct all business. CF Breeze Construction, LLC has developed a brand and reputation for providing a high quality product while exceeding expectations. Whether it be our residential division that builds a custom home from start to finish in under 4 months, or our disaster recovery division leading all programs in volume and pass rate.
CF Breeze Construction, LLC was founded in late 2017 by the dynamic Mother-Son duo – Lisa and Joshua Fouquet. With Lisa owning and operating a mortgage company in the late 1990’s and then opening several businesses to follow, it was second nature for Josh to become a part of the family’s many businesses. Josh obtained residential and commercial general contractor’s licenses and became the companies’ qualifying party. CF Breeze quickly expanded into multiple divisions after starting as a General and HVAC Contractor.
The company found immediate success while participating as a licensed HVAC subcontractor on the Restore Louisiana (RELA) project. CF Breeze has been participating as the premier HVAC contractor for the program that has been ongoing for nearly 3 years. Only 2 months after beginning RELA, the company expanded into the Disaster Recovery Industry by participating in the PREPS and DAHLR programs for the State of Texas for the Hurricane Harvey recovery during early 2018. Months later, CFBC traveled to Puerto Rico and participated in the Tu Hogar Renace program restoring nearly 1,700 homes. While in Puerto Rico, Lisa opened CF Breeze Recovery, LLC for all projects in the Caribbean. CFBC bid and won a commercial contract for the redevelopment and addition of a hotel on the Dorado Beach in North Central Puerto Rico. The project is currently in planning and review stages. The Solar Division of CFBC was established in 2019 as the company participated as a solar panel installation subcontractor under PosiGen at the Buckley Air Force Base in Aurora, Colorado. CFBC’s Residential Construction Division continues to build custom luxury homes on the Northshore of Lake Pontchatrain in Southeast Louisiana.
CFBC has been determined to lead the Fouquet Family of Companies. In 2020, Josh Fouquet obtained a contractor’s license in mold remediation and certified as an asbestos abatement contractor/supervisor. CFBC made two key personnel acquisitions by adding the experience of Colonel Pat Santos and Colonel Mark Riley to the team. Both men were long time members of the military, with Col. Santos retiring after serving 25 years with the LA National Guard, and while Col. Riley retiring with 32 years of experience with the US Marine Corps. Both men have lead disaster response and recovery programs through the Louisiana Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness. The acquisition of these two proven leaders has propelled CF Breeze to the forefront of the industry.
